Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruitment Associate. The Recruitment Associate will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes. The role involves collaborating closely with internal recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a seamless experience, while contributing to strategic initiatives to attract top talent and enhance recruitment strategies. Exceptional communication and organizational skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hiring, Screening, and Recruiting processes
• Proven skills in Interviewing and candidate evaluation
• Strong Communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and building relationships with candidates
• Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
• Familiarity with current recruitment trends and industry best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
