About the role
We are hiring our first cohort of Mutual Fund Experts. You will be the main point of contact for the customers assigned to you. Each relationship starts with a 45 minute call to understand the customer's goals and current investments. After that you build their portfolio, execute it on our platform and review it with them regularly and proactively.
You will work under the GoReach ARN with your own EUIN. AMC empanelment, BSE StAR, reconciliation and compliance are handled by our operations team.
Responsibilities
- Take the first call with new customers and onboard those who are a good fit
- Understand each customer's goals, existing investments and risk appetite
- Build a suitable mutual fund portfolio on the GoReach platform
- Help the customer execute SIP and lump sum transactions
- Review and rebalance portfolios, and answer customer queries as they come up
- Follow AMFI and SEBI guidelines in every customer interaction
Requirements
- NISM Series V-A certification
- 1 to 5 years of experience as an MFD, or as a relationship manager at an AMC, bank or wealth firm
- Comfortable working on a digital platform
- Available full time
