Description

As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Infor, you will have a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality enterprise applications that meet the evolving needs of our global customers. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and customer success teams to validate functionality, performance, and scalability, helping us deliver smarter, faster, and more intuitive software.

A Typical Day In The Life Includes

• Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and user stories.
• Perform manual and automated testing across web-based and cloud-native applications.
• Identify, log, and track defects using tools such as JIRA, collaborating with development to ensure timely resolution.
• Work in Agile/Scrum teams to ensure continuous testing, integration, and delivery pipelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to understand application use cases, industry-specific workflows, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Participate in user story reviews and contribute to requirements clarification and risk assessment.
• Monitor application performance, usability, and stability throughout the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to the enhancement of QA best practices, frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Manual Quality Assurance, preferably within enterprise software or cloud-based environments.
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
• Ability to design, document, and maintain clear, modular, and reusable test cases.
• Experience in identifying, documenting, and tracking defects with appropriate details and supporting evidence.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Working knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks, particularly Playwright and Python.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, API testing, and data validation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Jenkins.
