Why this role exists

Medinex Workforce handles a lot of repeat work: updating candidate sheets, sending status emails, moving data between tools, generating daily reports. Every hour a person spends on a task a script could do is an hour not spent with a candidate or client. As a Python Programming Intern, you will write the code that takes those tasks off people's plates. You will work on real internal tools and see your scripts used by the team within days, not months.

Your day-to-day

• Build Python scripts that automate daily operations such as report generation, data cleanup and email workflows
• Connect different tools and services through REST APIs
• Read and write data in spreadsheets, CSV files and databases
• Fix bugs, handle errors properly and make existing scripts more reliable
• Write short documentation so teammates can run and reuse your code
• Use Git and GitHub for version control and walk through your work in code reviews
• Share progress in daily check-ins and a weekly review

You are a good fit if

• Your Python basics are solid (data types, functions, loops, file handling)
• You understand object-oriented programming concepts
• You have a rough idea of how APIs and JSON work
• You can read documentation and work through problems on your own
• You test your code before you call it done
• You have a laptop and a stable internet connection for full-time remote work

Nice to have, not required

• Experience with Pandas, Requests, Flask, Django or FastAPI
• Familiarity with Git
• A GitHub profile or a small project, even a practice one

Who can apply

• Final-year students and recent graduates from B.Tech, B.E., BCA, B.Sc (CS/IT), MCA or related streams
• Self-taught developers who can show their skills through a GitHub profile or personal project
• Freshers are welcome, and prior work experience is not required
• You must be available to work full-time for the internship period
