About the role

Some code lives in tutorials. Some code lives in tools that people actually use every day. As a Python Developer Intern at Crossing Infotech, you will write the second kind. You will work alongside experienced developers on real projects, building scripts, services and automations that save the team hours of manual work.

This is a hands-on, full-time remote internship for people who like solving problems with code and want to see their work go live.

What you will do

• Write clean, readable Python code for automation scripts and backend features
• Build and consume REST APIs to connect different tools and services
• Work with databases to store, fetch and update application data
• Debug issues, fix bugs and improve the performance of existing code
• Write short documentation so others can understand and reuse your work
• Use Git and GitHub for version control and take part in code reviews
• Test your code and handle errors properly before it goes into use
• Share progress in daily check-ins and weekly review sessions

What we are looking for

• Strong Python fundamentals (data types, functions, loops, file handling)
• Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts
• Basic idea of how APIs and JSON work
• Familiarity with Git is a plus
• Knowledge of Flask, Django or FastAPI is a plus, not a must
• A logical approach to problem solving and comfort reading documentation
• A stable laptop and reliable internet connection for full-time remote work
