Python Developer

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer to join our team. The role focuses on designing, developing, and delivering scalable backend applications, APIs, automation solutions, and AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python development, software engineering best practices, and modern cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using Python.
• Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend systems using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to design and implement technical solutions.
• Integrate AI/ML models, third-party APIs, and enterprise systems into applications.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis of production issues.
• Design and implement automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in system architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
• Ensure applications meet security, compliance, and quality standards.
• Communicate technical solutions, project updates, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Must Be Familiar With

Python Development

• Strong proficiency in Python and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Experience developing enterprise-grade applications using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming and multi-threading concepts.

API Development

• Design and develop secure, scalable REST APIs.
• Experience with API authentication, authorization, and API lifecycle management.
• Database Development
• Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, or similar technologies.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries and optimize database performance.
• Must Have & Desired Skills
• At least 6+ years of experience as a Python Developer or similar role.
• Strong expertise in Python programming and software design principles.
• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, Django, or similar backend frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of REST API and microservices architecture.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency in Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of message queues and event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, etc.).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good To Have

• Experience with Generative AI
• Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
