Role Description The Python AI Developer will design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions that enhance JobBricks’ talent-matching and hiring capabilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining Python-based applications, implementing machine learning and pattern recognition models, and optimizing algorithms for performance and accuracy. The role involves working with neural networks and NLP techniques to improve search, recommendations, and candidate–job matching, as well as collaborating with product and data teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The developer will write clean, testable code, perform code reviews, and ensure scalability and reliability of AI services. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming in Python.
• Experience with Pattern Recognition and Machine Learning techniques for classification, clustering, and recommendation systems.
• Hands-on experience with Neural Networks and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Practical knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), including text processing, embeddings, and language models.
• Comfort working with APIs, databases, and version control systems (e.g., Git) in a production environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team, communicate technical concepts clearly, and work on-site in Ahmedabad.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps practices is a plus.
