Job Summary

  • Project Operations & PMO (7-8 Years Experience)
  • We are seeking an experienced Project Operations & PMO professional with 7-8 years of experience in project governance, financial operations, and program management support. The role will be responsible for ensuring project financial hygiene, revenue tracking, compliance, project setup, and operational excellence across customer and internal stakeholder engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end project operational and PMO activities for a customer engagement.
  • Drive project and program governance, ensuring compliance with organizational processes and controls.
  • Perform work order analysis, PO/SOW validation, coverage checks, and project creation activities in enterprise systems.
  • Monitor and drive timesheet compliance, resource allocation tracking, and effort governance.
  • Own project financial hygiene, including:
  • Revenue recognition
  • Unbilled revenue tracking
  • Invoicing support and governance
  • Monthly revenue tracking and forecasting
  • Financial reconciliation and reporting
  • Ensure accurate project setup, data management, and maintenance of project records and financial data.
  • Coordinate with customers, delivery teams, finance, business operations, and leadership teams to resolve project operational and financial issues.
  • Support monthly business reviews through preparation of project and financial metrics, dashboards, and reports.
  • Ensure all project compliance requirements, approvals, documentation, and audit readiness activities are completed on time.
  • Identify and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
  • Required Skills & Experience
  • 7-8 years of experience in PMO, Project Operations, Project Finance, or Program Management Office functions.
  • Strong understanding of:
  • PO/SOW/Work Order management
  • Project setup and project lifecycle governance
  • Timesheet management and compliance
  • Revenue recognition processes
  • Unbilled revenue management
  • Invoicing and financial controls
  • Project financial reporting and forecasting
  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and data management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in project management and financial systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or equivalent ERP tools preferred).
  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
