Experience: 5+ Years in Project Management
Offered CTC: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 / month
Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Project Manager with at least 5 years of hands-on experience to drive toy development and manufacturing projects from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and push deliverables forward with strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Delivery: Plan, schedule, and track product development cycles for toy manufacturing, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Work closely with Design, R&D, Tooling, Production, Quality, and Procurement teams; proactively push stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with external suppliers and internal teams to manage dependencies, material readiness, and production schedules.
- Communication & Reporting: Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates through clear written reports, structured emails, and cross-departmental alignment meetings.
- Risk & Quality Control: Identify potential risks early in the project lifecycle, implement corrective actions, and ensure projects meet toy safety standards and quality compliance.
Key Requirements
- Education: B.Tech / B.E. (MBA in Operations or Project Management is highly preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of core project management experience (preferably within manufacturing, consumer durables, or toy industries).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills for effective email correspondence and team coordination.
- Skillset: Strong driving capability, assertiveness, team coordination, risk management, and proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or Trello).
- Compensation: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 PM (commensurate with skill and background).
