About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in AI platforms and enterprise technology projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will serve as a Scrum Master, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of complex projects involving AI integration, cloud solutions, and digital transformation efforts. This role requires a proactive leader capable of coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring timely and quality delivery of solutions. The position offers flexibility to work remotely or from our Hyderabad office, with the primary focus on managing projects aligned with global clients and distributed teams. Candidates should possess a minimum of five years of experience in managing enterprise IT projects, with a particular emphasis on AI and cloud-based technologies.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience of at least five years managing enterprise IT projects, especially in Agile/Scrum environments, is essential. Familiarity with AI implementation projects, automation initiatives, and enterprise integrations is highly desirable. Candidates must demonstrate strong ownership and leadership qualities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to independently drive project execution. Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS, along with proficiency in project management tools like Jira and Confluence, will be advantageous. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities are required, along with excellent communication skills to manage client interactions effectively. Candidates should also be flexible to work in EST time zones, typically between 5:00 PM IST to 3:00 AM IST, based on project demands.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT, SaaS, AI, and digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and organizational standards. Develop detailed project plans, define scope, establish timelines, and allocate resources effectively. Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies proactively. Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to promote continuous improvement. Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including clients, development teams, QA, DevOps, and business analysts, providing regular status updates and managing expectations. Drive the adoption of Agile practices across teams, ensuring adherence to delivery governance and quality standards. Coordinate with QA and business teams during testing phases and UAT to ensure smooth project closure and successful go-live. Support AI initiatives by integrating AI-enabled workflows, automation solutions, and third-party AI tools. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including trackers, RAID logs, meeting notes, and delivery plans. Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging ownership and accountability among team members. Track project milestones, deliverables, and resource utilization across multiple workstreams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Manage client communications effectively, addressing requirements, progress, escalations, and delivery reviews. Collaborate with leadership on project governance, strategic planning, and execution to meet organizational objectives.
