Project Manager - Power Automate

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced RPA & Power Platform Project Manager to lead end-to-end automation initiatives using Microsoft Power Automate, RPA, and AI/GenAI technologies. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management capabilities with hands-on technical expertise to drive automation programs from solution design through deployment and post-production support.

This role requires managing project delivery, stakeholder engagement, commercial proposals, governance, and automation strategy while identifying opportunities to optimize business processes through intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities Project Delivery & Management

• Lead end-to-end RPA and Power Automate projects from requirement gathering through design, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Ensure successful project execution while maintaining quality, governance, and compliance standards.
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with business users and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and solution reviews.
• Drive Business Requirement Document (BRD) preparation and sign-off processes.
• Coordinate with Business, IT, Infrastructure, Security, Finance, and Automation teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Technical Leadership

• Provide hands-on expertise in:
• Power Automate Desktop
• Power Automate Cloud Flows
• Connectors and APIs
• System Integrations
• Workflow Automation
• Automation Troubleshooting and Support
• Review solution designs and ensure adherence to automation best practices.
• Support testing activities, UAT coordination, deployment planning, and production support.

Commercial & Governance Management

• Track project financials and resource utilization.
• Provide governance, compliance, and financial reporting to senior management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise-scale Power Platform and RPA transformation programs.

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience working with Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Shared Services functions.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
