Role Description

• Lead PMO Analyst with Sharepoint Administration Experience
• Own project governance activities and ensure compliance with PMO standards and processes.
• Coordinate governance meetings and project review forums.
• Produce and distribute regular project outcome dasboards to the VPs from the governance meetings.
• Monitor project milestones and progress, escalating governance concerns where required.
• Maintain project documentation and governance repositories to ensure audit readiness.
• Act as the primary governance contact for Project Managers, Delivery Leads, and stakeholders.
