Project Execution Engineer

Responsible for executing MES and Industrial Digitalization projects at manufacturing sites, integrating industrial hardware, sensors, PLCs, networking systems, and software platforms to enable real-time production monitoring and data-driven operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute MES and industrial digitalization projects at customer sites.
• Coordinate installation of sensors, gateways, industrial PCs, networking devices, and edge hardware.
• Perform PLC tag mapping, signal validation, and live production data acquisition.
• Integrate field devices with MES, dashboards, and production monitoring applications.
• Support PLC, SCADA, HMI, and industrial communication system integration.
• Configure and troubleshoot Modbus TCP/IP, OPC UA, Ethernet/IP, and Profinet protocols.
• Conduct testing, commissioning, FAT, SAT, and customer acceptance activities.
• Validate production data, machine status, quality parameters, and dashboard accuracy.
• Troubleshoot hardware, networking, communication, and field integration issues.
• Prepare technical documentation, commissioning reports, asset mapping, and project reports.
• Coordinate with customer teams and support successful project handover.

Mandatory Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Knowledge of MES and production monitoring systems.
• Understanding of PLC, SCADA, HMI, automation, and control systems.
• Experience with industrial sensors, instrumentation, and field-device integration.
• Knowledge of industrial networking and communication protocols.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively to project/customer sites.
