Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production activities for metallizing and painting processes.
• Plan production as per customer requirements and production targets.
• Handle manpower allocation and monitor operator performance.
• Ensure proper machine operation, process parameters, and production schedules.
• Monitor quality of metallized and painted products and minimize rejection/rework.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments.
• Ensure proper material availability and timely completion of production.
• Maintain production records, reports, and process documentation.
• Implement 5S, safety, and housekeeping practices on the shop floor.
• Identify production issues and take corrective actions to improve productivity.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in Paint shop & Metalizing Quality.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of SAP will be a plus point.

Required Qualification

• Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Electrical/Mechanical
