Job Description

• Develop product line-up and portfolio strategies for the Indian market.
• Lead market analysis and identify new product opportunities.
• Build business cases and support new product introductions.
• Manage product lifecycle planning, including phase-in and phase-out activities.
• Drive pricing, profitability, and competitive benchmarking initiatives.
• Collaborate with global R&D and manufacturing teams on product localization.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and successful launch readiness.
• The Successful Applicant
• We're looking for someone who has:
• 10+ years of product planning or business planning experience.
• Background in consumer electronics or home appliances.
• Strong expertise in pricing, forecasting, and portfolio management.
• Experience working with overseas R&D and manufacturing teams.
• Knowledge of BIS/BEE standards and product compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
