ABOUT ROLE
- 🎉 What will you be working on
- ?We're looking for a Growth PM to join our early team. You'll own growth as a product surface — how people find their way into Reo.dev, how quickly they get to real value, and what makes them stay and expand. You'll work directly with the founders, marketing and demand-gen
- .More generically, you will be
- :Owning the growth surface of the product end to end- first-run experience, activation, adoption, expansion- and the numbers that come out of it
- .Owning activation as the core problem. Getting a user into the product is the easy half; getting them to complete setup, trust what they're seeing and build a habit around it is where the funnel actually lives
- .Co-owning packaging, limits and pricing levers, and the qualification logic that decides when a user is ready for a conversation with our team
- .Running growth experiments across the funnel - onboarding, nudges, lifecycle messaging, in-product education, empty states, CTA and copy, and building an experimentation practice that is honest about what our traffic volumes can and can't tell you
- .Owning instrumentation. Defining the events, funnels and dashboards that let the whole company see where users drop and why, and making sure the numbers are actually trustworthy
- .Holding the cross-product experience quality bar
- .Working shoulder-to-shoulder with PMM and demand-gen on positioning, landing pages, lifecycle campaigns and the loop between what marketing promises and what the product delivers
- .Prioritize ruthlessly-know what moves the needle and cut what doesn't
- .Write clear specs and keep the team aligned on what's next. Own documentation of everything you have delivered
- .Be a true owner- think about growth, retention, and long-term value, not just features
- . 👯 Skill we are looking for in this ro leThis is a key role in Reo.Dev. We are looking at ambitious people who will lead Reo.Dev in our next level of growth. Hence we are looking at following qualities/ profile s:You have at least 4-6 years of Product Management experience, with a meaningful stretch of it owning growth or product-led adoption in a B2B SaaS product- ideally one where you built the motion rather than one where it already existe d.You have a real eye for design and a high bar for craft. You can look at a flow and say precisely what's wrong with it - which step is carrying too much, which word is doing the wrong work, where three screens should have been one. You care about spacing, hierarchy, motion and microcopy, and you find it hard to ship something that merely works. Be prepared to walk us through products you think are beautifully made and explain exactly wh y.You have owned a funnel number, not just a roadmap. You can talk specifically about activation or conversion rates you moved, what you tried that failed, and how you kne w.Comfort with packaging and pricing as a product decisi onYou are hands-on in the literal sense: you write the copy, mock the flow, build the prototype, set up the campaign. You don't wait for design or engineering capacity to star t.You can operate inside a company where growth and sales share the same pipeline. You'll work closely with CS and sales rather than treat growth as a separate worl d.Bonus: you've built for a developer or technical audience, or worked on a data/AI product where the value depends on setup and data coverag e
