Your Role and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end supplier catalog enablement and maintenance for hosted, CIF, and PunchOut catalogs across procurement platforms.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, Category Managers, Procurement Operations, IT, and master data teams to gather requirements and deliver catalogs on schedule.
  • Review and validate catalog content, pricing, item descriptions, classifications, contract alignment, and supplier information for accuracy and compliance.
  • Plan and coordinate catalog testing, user acceptance testing, defect resolution, deployment, go-live readiness, and post-launch support.
  • Resolve catalog issues such as pricing mismatches, missing content, connectivity failures, search or classification errors, and transaction defects.
  • Monitor catalog adoption, accuracy, cycle time, and SLA performance; provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
  • Maintain implementation trackers, SOPs, governance controls, issue logs, and catalog documentation.
  • Guide team members, manage escalations, and drive standardization, process improvement, and automation opportunities.

Required Education

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Required Qualifications / Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Typically possesses 4-7 years of experience in catalog management, catalog enablement, eProcurement, supplier enablement, or procurement operations.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining hosted, CIF, and PunchOut catalogs.
  • Experience leading catalog projects, coordinating global stakeholders and suppliers, and working in an SLA-driven environment.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Preferred Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of SAP Ariba, Ariba Network, SAP, Coupa, or comparable eProcurement platforms.
  • Understanding of catalog formats, cXML integration, procurement taxonomies, UNSPSC classification, and guided buying.
  • Strong data validation, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting or analytics tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder, supplier, project coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to coach team members, manage priorities, and support continuous improvement in a global environment.
