- • Client and Supplier Relationship Management
- • Handling queries regarding Procurement to Pay process
- • Connect with suppliers via email or phone to resolve their issues
- • Work towards achieving high CSAT What are we looking for?
- • Graduation any stream
- • Good computer literacy (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- At least 1-3 years as a buyer in a middle sized or large Procurement Operations engagement
- • Good interpersonal skills (needs to be able to build relationships over the phone without meeting suppliers, customers on a regular basis)
- • Procurement background
- • Knowledge of SAP-S4 Hanna is an added advantage
- • Knowledge About Ariba tool is an added advantage
- • Procurement & Supply Chain: PO, WO creation
- • Multi-tasking and problem-solving mindset
- • Initiative & team person Roles and Responsibilities:
- • Query solving or resolution
- • Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
- • Work with different departments to get the query resolved in a timely manner
- • Prioritize ageing query and find innovative ways to resolve
- • Support in other Accenture Operations areas: Operational Excellence, Maintaining Dashboards, Reporting
- • Maintain Client Data Protection standards
