Summary

UST is looking for procurement executive with Global procurement, Supply chain and SAP. It is for Bangalore location and 5 days of work from office.

• The Opportunity
• Purchase Requisition Support.
• Partner with STAKE HOLDERS to Support all their Purchase Requisition
• Collaborate with Procurement Assistance Centre / Buyers / CBM to assist Stakeholder Request
• Work with the Commodity Business Managers / Buyers / Stakeholders to gather RFX requirements.
• Work with the extended team to manage and maintain RFX templates.
• Track and Maintain PR records.
• Maintain the Tracker and Publish Monthly Turnaround Time for PR submission Process.
• Identify the Recurring Transactions
• Support Sourcing Needs for CBM/Buyers
• Gather RFX Requirements
• Publish RFX within Workday Scout
• Capture value story (Savings) within Workday Scout
• Works with the extended team to manage and maintain RFX template.
• Future Transaction and Asset Tracking (Pipeline Management).
• Capture the Identified Recurring Transactions in Service Now
• Collaborate with Respective Pillar Head to create Pipeline.
• Design a process to get notification on New Contract Execution from Contract Depository Tool (Ariba). (Any other SAP with P2P)
• Maintain Pipeline Records in Service Now / Workday Scout
• Generate a report to all CBMs monthly at the Applied defined renewal interval
