Pre Primary Teacher

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, helping them to develop their social, emotional, and cognitive skills. As a Pre Primary Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the early educational experiences of our students, ensuring they are well-prepared for their future learning journeys. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of children aged 3 to 6 years. - Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. - Assess and monitor the progress of each child, providing feedback to parents and guardians as necessary. - Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience. - Maintain a positive and professional relationship with students, parents, and colleagues. - Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education. Required Skills: - A graduate degree along with a recognized teacher training certificate such as NTT or ECCED. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to create a positive learning environment. - Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
