Power Platform Administrator / Run Support Engineer

Summary: The Power Platform Administrator / Run Support Engineer plays a crucial role in the management and supervision of the Power Platform infrastructure and applications. Responsible for ensuring operational stability and addressing platform issues, this position serves as the frontline support for a scalable migration volume within the organization.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations in the Power Platform Admin Center.
• Configure, maintain and monitor DLP policies, connector libraries, and environment capacity.
• Set up and maintain monitoring dashboards using CoE Starter Kit and Azure Monitor.
• Handle licensing and platform capacity signals; manage environment and application-related issues.
• Maintain application inventory and support model documentation.
• Support transition-to-run activities and manage operational controls.
• Escalate platform issues to Architects or the Platform Owner when necessary.

Key Requirements

• Hands-on experience administering Power Platform Admin Center.
• Knowledge of DLP and connector governance.
• Experience using CoE Starter Kit for monitoring dashboards.
• Understanding of Power Platform licensing and operational constraints.
• Familiarity with incident handling and run backlog management.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Entra ID and access management.
• Background in operational reporting and telemetry.
• Proven capability in improving operational incidents into actionable backlog items.
