MailerMen is looking for a Platform Engineer to join our growing Indore engineering group. You will create reliable internal infrastructure and developer tooling, working on cloud environments, deployment automation, observability and reusable platform components. This role suits an engineer with about two years of experience who can own features end to end. The role is fully remote, with the Indore team as your home base for occasional meetups.

Department: Platform & Infrastructure Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

Improve developer workflows and deployment automation.
Support containerized workloads and cloud environments.
Automate repetitive operational tasks.
Evaluate new infrastructure tooling and run pilots.
Maintain monitoring, logging and basic observability systems.
Build and maintain reusable deployment and infrastructure components.
Build self-service tooling for common developer tasks.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related technical field preferred.
Good to have: Prometheus, Grafana, Pulumi, GitOps, Vault, Loki
