MailerMen is looking for a Platform Engineer to join our growing Ahmedabad engineering group. You will create reliable internal infrastructure and developer tooling, working on cloud environments, deployment automation, observability and reusable platform components. With one year of experience behind you, you'll contribute directly to production systems from your first sprint. The role is fully remote, with the Ahmedabad team as your home base for occasional meetups.

Department: Platform & Infrastructure Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot infrastructure and application deployment issues.
Build self-service tooling for common developer tasks.
Automate repetitive operational tasks.
Build and maintain reusable deployment and infrastructure components.
Improve developer workflows and deployment automation.
Maintain monitoring, logging and basic observability systems.
Evaluate new infrastructure tooling and run pilots.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related technical field preferred.
Good to have: Kubernetes, Python, Loki, GitOps, Grafana, Pulumi
