MailerMen is hiring a Platform Engineer for our Noida team. You will create reliable internal infrastructure and developer tooling, working on cloud environments, deployment automation, observability and reusable platform components. You will start with guided tasks and gradually take ownership of features under senior mentorship. This is a hybrid role anchored to our Noida office, with a mix of in-office and remote days.

• Department: Platform & Infrastructure Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

• Automate repetitive operational tasks.
• Build self-service tooling for common developer tasks.
• Maintain internal templates for new services and pipelines.
• Support containerized workloads and cloud environments.
• Document platform standards and engineering procedures.
• Maintain monitoring, logging and basic observability systems.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application deployment issues.
• Learn team tools, coding standards and delivery processes with mentor support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related technical field preferred.
• Good to have: Pulumi, GitOps, Prometheus, Vault, Grafana, Kubernetes
