Creste DIY is hiring a Meta Ads Specialist who is hands-on with Meta Ads and knows how to create, manage, analyse, and optimise campaigns.

We are looking for someone who has actually handled Meta Ads accounts and can show us the results they have delivered. You should understand what kind of ads to run, how to structure campaigns and ad sets, and how to use data to improve performance.

What you’ll do

• Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns and ad sets
• Set up audiences, budgets, placements, and campaign objectives
• Understand which type of campaign and ad strategy should be used for different goals
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise regularly
• Analyse metrics like ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, and revenue
• Test different audiences, creatives, copies, and offers
• Identify winning campaigns and scale them
• Work with the creative team to develop and test ad creatives
• Track campaign performance and share clear reports and insights
• Have a basic understanding of Amazon and Flipkart. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms will be a plus.

Who should apply

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager
• Experience independently managing Meta Ads accounts
• Comfortable analysing numbers and making decisions based on performance
• Case studies or previous campaign results are required
• Should be able to show the results delivered for accounts they have handled
• Creative thinker who understands what makes an ad effective
• Basic knowledge of Amazon and Flipkart is a plus
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Willing to work from office in Lucknow
