Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Package Consultant specializing in SAP IS Retail, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring SAP Industry Solutions for the retail industry. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and design, implement, and deliver SAP IS solutions that meet their needs.

Your primary responsibilities will include

• Design SAP IS Solutions: Analyze business requirements and design SAP IS solutions for retail clients, ensuring that solutions meet their specific needs and optimize their retail operations.

• Implement SAP IS Modules: Configure and implement SAP IS modules, including industry-specific functionality for retail, such as SAP Retail and SAP Omnichannel Commerce.

• Develop Client Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide solutions that improve customer experience and increase revenue.

• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and provide training and support to clients on SAP IS solutions.

• Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and SAP product developments to ensure solution relevance and competitiveness.

• Exposure to SAP Industry Solutions: Experience with SAP IS solutions for the retail industry, including configuration and implementation of industry-specific functionality.

• SAP Module Implementation: Experience with SAP IS modules, such as SAP Retail and SAP Omnichannel Commerce, including configuration and implementation.

• Business Requirements Analysis: Experience analyzing business requirements to design SAP IS solutions that meet client needs and optimize retail operations.

Client Relationship Development: Experience developing and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide solutions.

Industry Trend Awareness: Exposure to industry trends, regulatory requirements, and SAP product developments to ensure solution relevance and competitiveness.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience -

SAP S/4HANA Knowledge: Exposure to SAP S/4HANA and its applications in the retail industry, including integration with SAP IS solutions.

Cloud-Based Solutions: Experience with cloud-based solutions and their implementation in retail environments, including SAP Cloud for Retail.

Data Analytics: Exposure to data analytics tools and techniques, including data visualization and reporting, to support retail operations optimization.
