As an Oracle PMO - Manager you will help steer a portfolio of Oracle ERP projects across varied complexity, domain, and technology, bringing structure to planning, tracking, and reporting across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models. As a Manager you will lead teams, coach junior professionals, manage client accounts, and use independent judgment to navigate ambiguity, identify opportunities, and validate that deliverables align with PwC quality and timeline expectations. In this role at PwC, you will oversee project tooling, monitor engagement and portfolio metrics, communicate status to client and firm stakeholders, and support standardization and consistency across Oracle ERP engagements within our Consulting Solutions line of service.

Responsibilities

• Oracle ERP, Project Management, PMO, Project management tools, Agile, Scrum, IT Project Management
• Leading Oracle PMO workstreams across ERP engagements by applying structured project management methods
• Managing project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource tracking across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models
• Monitoring portfolio and engagement metrics, analyzing status trends, and preparing clear reporting for stakeholders
• Coordinating issue, risk, and dependency tracking to support timely delivery across multiple initiatives
• Guiding project teams in the use of Jira, SharePoint, Power BI, Tableau, and other PPM tools
• Developing status updates, presentation materials, and delivery reports for engagement and firm leaders
• Supporting project governance activities by validating that deliverables align with project scope, timelines, and financial targets
• Advising stakeholders on Oracle Cloud ERP delivery activities and project management processes
• Applying Scaled Agile practices to improve delivery flow, team coordination, and program visibility
• Coaching team members on project management routines, process standardization, and tooling usage

What You Must Have

• B.E/B.Tech/MBA
• At least one certification – PMP / Agile Certification (ACP/ CSM/ SAFE)
• Expert on following Tools - Jira, MS Office, SharePoint, Macros, Automation, Oracle ERP, Power BI, Tableau, MPP and other PPM tools
• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• What Sets You Apart
• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in any Financials, Supply Chain, Enterprise Performance Management, or Human Capital Management module
• Demonstrating Oracle PMO delivery across complex project portfolios and workstreams
• Managing Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project tracking tools and metrics
• Tracking engagement financials, budgets, and portfolio performance indicators
• Coaching teams while presenting status updates to stakeholders
• Applying Oracle ERP knowledge in client-facing transformation work
