About the role
Roles & Responsibilities
Minimum 7 years of Oracle functional experience working on Oracle FIN modules
- Senior Oracle Finance functional consultant with strong experience in supporting Ebiz R12.2.x core FIN modules of AP,AR,GL Modules
- Experience working on Support projects in the above listed FIN Modules.
- Good Knowledge on ITSM Process and able to resolve tickets within SLA
- Very strong process knowledge in the above mentioned modules. Aware of the Setup/Configuration as well as Mater data management in the above module areas
- Experience working on debugging Workflow exceptions/errors in the listed modules
- Implement new features according to business requirements as part of enhancement request
- Work with the Oracle technical team to build technical solution for the functional requirements
- Experience in writing test scripts to test the entire business process
- Worked on Integrations with bolt on systems including EDI transactions
- Good Communication able to interact with end users and client IT contacts
- Flexible to work on APAC and extended EMEA shift
- Oncall support during week ends to address any P1/P2 issues
