Meta Performance Marketing Specialist

Scalio | Bengaluru, India | On-site | Full-time

Compensation: ₹15–30 LPA annual fixed salary plus equity. Equity terms discussed during hiring.

The role

Own hands-on Meta advertising for Scalio’s customer acquisition. Manage campaign budgets, creative testing, measurement, and scaling with a focus on acquiring customers who activate, pay, and retain.

  • What you’ll work on
  • Meta campaign setup, budget allocation, pacing, and optimization.
  • Creative testing with the filmmaking and growth teams.
  • Conversion tracking, event quality, and attribution diagnosis.
  • Funnel analysis across acquisition, activation, and paid conversion.
  • CAC, payback, customer quality, and campaign profitability.
  • Reporting and recommendations grounded in actual outcomes.
  • What we’re looking for
  • At least 4 years of relevant performance marketing experience.
  • Direct ownership of Meta Ads Manager campaigns and budgets.
  • Evidence of improving acquisition economics and scaling spend.
  • Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, and creative testing.
  • Analytical judgment and clear communication of results.
  • Strong plus
  • App and web subscription acquisition, SMB audiences, cohort analysis, conversion APIs, and experience collaborating on creative production.
  • Required written questions
  • What Meta advertising budgets have you personally managed? Share monthly spend ranges, business model, geography, and your responsibilities.
  • Describe your strongest campaign result. Include spend, baseline, CAC or ROAS, timeframe, and what you changed.
  • How do you decide when to scale, hold, or cut a campaign? Give an example involving creative fatigue or deteriorating efficiency.
  • Ads Manager reports strong results, but backend revenue disagrees. What would you investigate first?
  • How would you structure creative testing for Scalio and decide which concepts deserve more budget?
  • Share a campaign report, anonymized case study, or other relevant work. Explain your contribution and what it demonstrates.
