Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert inputs on marine crewing and ship-management processes.
• Support preparation for customer meetings and discussions.
• Develop/review process flows, SOPs, presentations, and documentation.
• Identify operational gaps, risks, and process improvement opportunities.
• Provide advisory support across crew planning, recruitment, onboarding, crew changes, compliance, and documentation.
• Participate in customer discussions and provide marine crewing/ship-management expertise.

• Candidate Requirements
• 2–5+ years of relevant experience in Marine Crewing, Ship Management, Personnel Management, or related maritime operations.
• Hands-on experience managing crewing operations across multiple vessels.
• Experience with Gas Tankers, Oil Tankers, Chemical Tankers, or similar vessel segments is preferred.
• Strong understanding of maritime compliance and the seafarer lifecycle.
• Experience coordinating with ship owners, vessel teams, marine/technical superintendents, manning agencies, port agents, and travel providers.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to independently analyse processes and provide practical recommendations.
