Manual test Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Manual Test Engineer with 5-6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), bug reporting, and all aspects of testing. Automation testing knowledge is a plus. The role includes mentoring junior team members and requires familiarity with the HR domain, as well as experience in API, database, pre- and post-release testing. **Key Responsibilities:*

• - Conduct manual testing to ensure software quality - Develop and execute test cases and test plans - Report and track defects using bug tracking tools - Mentor and guide junior team members - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues **Requirements:*
• - 5-6 years of experience in manual testing - Knowledge of SDLC and STLC - Experience with bug reporting and tracking - Familiarity with the HR domain - Experience with API, database, pre- and post-release testing - Automation testing knowledge is a plus
