Job Responsibilities

• MASTER IN POWER PACK ASSEMBLY - MUST REQUIRED SKILL
• To ensure production/Integration under strict safety norms
• Expertise in Hydraulic systems
• Expertise in Transmission & Engine
• Should be able to understand production/integration drawing & give related instruction to workmen
• Ensure production according to Drawing & Procedures
• Should be able to maintain discipline among workmen and meet target as per CCPM
• Leadership skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Able to work with people, should have good communication skills- written & verbal
• Ensure material full kit before starting of activity
• Prepare plan along with business partner to meet target dates
• Daily, weekly & monthly monitoring of work progress
• Ensure usage of PPE for self and workmen in shop
• Able to work in shifts and handle shifts individually
• Familiar with MS office, CCPM, MS project
• Able to prepare shop performance data on monthly basis
