Management Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Management Associate to support management in business operations, strategic initiatives, reporting, coordination, and process improvement. This role is suitable for a fresher or professional with up to 2 years of experience who is eager to work across functions and develop strong business and management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support management in day-to-day business operations and strategic initiatives.
• Assist in preparing MIS reports, presentations, dashboards, and management updates.
• Conduct research, data analysis, and prepare insights to support business decisions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track tasks, projects, timelines, and deliverables.
• Support process improvement initiatives and identify operational gaps.
• Assist in planning and execution of business projects and special assignments.
• Monitor key performance indicators and maintain accurate records and reports.
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and action items with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare business presentations and documentation as required by management.
• Handle multiple assignments with strong ownership and ensure timely completion.
• Mandatory Requirements
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; freshers with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of ownership, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
