JOB DESCRIPTION

Looking for a Sincere, diligent & focused professional with a comprehensive experience in Mould Design & Development, Hands on experience in Mould tool development , Mould development planning, strict follow up of the Mold development activities, Mould rectification find out areas of possible delay and difficulties and provide timely inputs for corrective actions, witness the key stages of Mold development, Qualification and Commissioning, Co-ordination of all development Activities right from product design review stage till product is validated and productionized. Work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

• New Product Design Review with product design team & review Tooling Feasibilities,
• Budgeting/Tool Estimation,
• Scope of supply finalization & request for quotation (RFQ) to suppliers/vendors,
• Quote comparison,
• Supplier Nomination,
• Mould design review & Co-relate with Standards,
• Handling suppler and co-ordination for project completion as per schedule.
• Co-ordination for Part Approval, Mould Trouble Shooting & Fine Tuning, Mould Commissioning, Process Optimization.
• Production of new project (PMS) before handing over tools to production team.
• Managing Mould Maintenance activates in case of major breakdown or refurbishment of old tools.
• Experience in high precision Injection molds & tool development and Project Management.

• Knowledge of molding process, thermoset and thermoplastic plastic material, machining, Inspection, assembly, modifications, troubleshooting, maintenance, Spare management, etc
• Responsible for new moulds validation, qualification and commissioning.
• Responsible for increasing productivity and quality by using innovative ideas and latest technologies.
• Hand on experience on design software i.e. Autocad & Creo, NX, Catia or Solidworks.
• Production molds troubleshooting, modifications & performance improvement.
• Knowledge of ISO defines GD&T as “geometrical product specifications (GPS)—Geometrical tolerancing—Tolerancing of form, orientation, location and run-out.”
• Maintain all the key documents of Tool manufacturing follow up, Tool Validation, product validation.
• Strong communication with Interpersonal Presentation skills & Quick Learning attitude

Skills & Education

• Degree Mechanical or CIPET, B. Tech in Plastic Technology field from recognized and reputed college
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in NPI environment and project management
• Must have good, structured knowledge of Tooling and molding process.
• Self-learner, Proactive approach, dedicated and Sincere in work
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Good communication skills with English proficiency
