Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in domestic logistics and transportation, with a focus on dispatch and freight management. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of logistics processes, coordinating the transportation of goods, and managing documentation related to shipments. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the dispatch of vehicles and ensure timely delivery of freight. - Manage and maintain e-way bills, LRs, and PODs to ensure compliance with regulations. - Collaborate with transporters and suppliers to optimize logistics operations. - Monitor and track shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and in good condition. - Address any issues that arise during the transportation process and implement solutions. - Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and prepare reports as needed. Required Skills: - Strong understanding of domestic logistics and transportation processes. - Experience with dispatch operations and freight management. - Familiarity with e-way bills, LRs, and PODs. - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Knowledge of the steel industry is a plus.
