• Duties and Responsibilities
• Minimizing fraud complaints to ensure robust company reputation
• Ensure that all fraud complaints are investigated completely and coordinate with the field team for further action.
• Coordinate with the Field team to file police complaints/FIR against fraudsters.
• Ensuring a strong deterrent is sent in the market by timely action and investigations of all fraud cases.
• Improvising preventive processes to reduce the reputation fraud complaints.
• Building metrics and dashboards of all fraud-related processes to enable effective management of each process and drive efficiencies.
