We’re looking for an experienced Lead Python Developer to lead the development of scalable, enterprise-grade backend systems and drive technical initiatives.

Position Details

• Location: Indore (Hybrid)
• Experience: 8+ years
• Shift: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM

What You’ll Do

• Design and build scalable applications, REST APIs, and microservices using FastAPI, Flask, or Django
• Optimize performance, reliability, and security
• Integrate AI/ML models, third-party APIs, and enterprise systems
• Lead code reviews, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Shape system architecture and technical decisions alongside architects and stakeholders
• Mentor engineers and drive automation initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Strong Python and OOP skills, with async and multi-threading knowledge
• Solid experience with REST APIs, authentication/authorization, and microservices
• Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis
• Hands-on experience with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Cloud experience on Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

• Generative AI experience
• Cloud certifications in Azure, AWS, or GCP
