Summary

UST is looking for an experienced E1 QA Lead with strong functional expertise in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) and hands-on experience in leading QA and testing activities

• Location: Bengaluru, India
• Role: E1 QA Lead / SQA Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead E1 functional, integration & E2E testing activities.
• Strong understanding of OTC/Distribution, Procurement, Manufacturing & Finance.
• Perform requirements analysis, Fit/Gap analysis, test scope planning and test strategy.
• Develop test scenarios, test scripts, test plans and RTM.
• Coordinate UAT cycles with business and IT teams.
• Lead defect management, QA meetings, status reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure compliance with SQA, validation, SDLC and PMF processes.
• Work effectively across Agile and Waterfall projects.
• Drive QA documentation and continuous process improvements.

• Strong analytical, leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with cross-functional/distributed teams.
• Capable of independently leading QA activities and UAT cycles.
