Summary

UST is looking for an experienced Technical Lead - SampleManager LIMS with strong expertise in SampleManager LIMS implementation, customization, integration, and support. The ideal candidate will lead technical delivery teams, engage with clients to understand business requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure successful project delivery while adhering to quality standards and timelines.

The Opportunity

As a Technical Lead - SampleManager LIMS, you will be responsible for leading SampleManager LIMS implementation and enhancement projects, working closely with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver robust laboratory informatics solutions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams in SampleManager LIMS implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
• Engage with clients to understand business requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops and prepare requirement specification documents.
• Design, develop, configure, and implement SampleManager LIMS solutions.
• Deliver solutions within agreed timelines while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and SOPs.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and clients.
• Participate in solution design, code reviews, unit testing, and quality assurance activities.
• Manage the complete software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support.
• Collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders, teams, and clients across projects.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions.

What you need

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in SampleManager LIMS implementation and support.
• Strong experience in SampleManager LIMS development and configuration.
• Hands-on experience in systems analysis, design, development, testing, and integration methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and client interaction skills.
• Self-motivated, flexible, and team-oriented approach.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Relevant SampleManager LIMS certifications are preferred.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Laboratory, or Quality Management domains is an added advantage.
