Lead Generation Specialist

Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist (B2B)

Location: Pune

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research target companies and key decision-makers (HR Heads, L&D Managers, Training Managers, and Directors).
• Generate qualified leads through outbound activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and professional networking.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective corporate clients.
• Qualify leads based on company needs, budget, and decision-making process.
• Schedule meetings and demos for the Sales/Account Executive team.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with lead generation objectives.
• Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to network and generate new business opportunities.
• Consistently achieve and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for lead volume, conversion rate, and meeting targets.
• Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in Corporate Training, Education, or HR Services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands-on experience using lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
• Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to prospecting and client engagement.
• Strong understanding of corporate learning & development (L&D) trends and training industry insights (preferred).
