10 to 16 Years of experience as a Lead Business Analyst in the Product Management team at Happiest Minds, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy and execution. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, analyzing market trends, and translating business requirements into actionable product strategies. Your expertise will drive product roadmap decisions, feature prioritization, and business case development.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop product specifications and user stories to guide the development team.
• Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and developers to ensure alignment on product vision and goals.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to inform ongoing improvements.
• Lead product demonstrations and create training materials for end-users.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to junior business analysts on best practices and methodologies.
