About the role
Job details
We are looking for professionals to support one of our banking clients in the liquidity risk reporting process.
- Lead day-to-day delivery for the five-member liquidity risk reporting team and ensure analysis is ready before the US team starts its day.
- Oversee review of QRM data, liquidity risk numbers, FTP and related liquidity measures across the team’s scope.
- Challenge material variances, guide root-cause investigation and ensure conclusions, assumptions and open actions are clearly documented.
- Set work priorities, allocate activities and review output quality across Analysts and Senior Analysts.
- Own operational issue governance, escalation, dependency tracking and readiness communication.
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for delivery status, risks and handoffs with relevant stakeholders.
- Identify recurring data, process or control issues and recommend practical improvements for stakeholder approval.
- Coach team members and support capability development; formal people-management responsibility.
- Maintain appropriate continuity and backup coverage for critical deliverables.
Skills required
Experience Required
- Relevant experience in liquidity risk reporting, treasury risk, ALM reporting or a closely related banking risk function, including ownership of delivery or review responsibilities.
- Hands-on familiarity with QRM outputs or workflows and the ability to guide investigation of reporting issues.
- Experience coordinating work across a team or process and managing stakeholder escalations.
Skills Required
- Broad applied understanding of liquidity reporting, FTP and related liquidity measures.
- Strong judgement in reviewing complex variances, control exceptions and competing priorities.
- Delivery leadership, work allocation, quality review and issue-governance capability.
- Clear communication with senior and global stakeholders, including concise escalation of impact, action, owner and dependency.
- Ability to lead within the operating window required to complete analysis before the US team starts.
- Preferred Skills
- Experience leading an ALM, treasury risk, balance-sheet risk, or liquidity reporting process.
Experience overseeing QRM or comparable ALM-platform outputs, delivery controls, stakeholder escalations, and team development.
