Job Role: Junior Technical Consultant - Infrastructure Operations Support

Shift: Rotational / 24x7 support, including on-call, weekend, and release coverage as required

Responsibilities

Job Description

Monitor AWS, OCI, database, Linux, RHEL, and Windows environments.

• Respond to infrastructure alerts and incidents using PagerDuty and ServiceNow.
• Review and interpret monitoring alerts, technical emails, and system logs.
• Perform initial troubleshooting and follow established support procedures.
• Monitor systems using LogicMonitor.
• Execute standard operational tasks and automation using Ansible Tower.
• Document incidents, troubleshooting activities, and shift handovers.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate technical teams when required.
• Participate in knowledge-transfer activities and develop infrastructure support skills.
• Provide shift coverage on short notice when operationally required.
• Required Skills
• Basic knowledge of AWS and OCI.
• Basic understanding of databases.
• Basic knowledge of Linux, RHEL, and Windows environments.
• Working knowledge of PagerDuty and ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with LogicMonitor and Ansible Tower.
• Ability to interpret technical emails, alerts, and system logs.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and work effectively in a high-pressure operational environment.
• Work Schedule
• Rotating 24x7 shifts.
• Availability required during night shifts, weekends, holidays, and other organizational closures.
• Willingness to report for shift coverage on short notice when needed.

Experience

2-3 years of experience in Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, NOC, or IT Support.

Candidates with foundational technical knowledge and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
