What You’ll Do

• Bring brand and marketing ideas to life through thoughtful visual design, ensuring consistency, quality, and polish across every touchpoint.
• Design high-quality pitch decks, sales presentations, company presentations, proposals, case studies, brochures, social media creatives, and other marketing collaterals.
• Work on brand design and visual communication, including brand assets, campaigns, event creatives, digital assets, and other materials that bring the brand to life.
• Translate ideas, briefs, data, and business requirements into clear, engaging, and visually compelling design solutions.
• Create visual systems and templates that help teams communicate consistently across decks, marketing materials, digital platforms, and other brand touch points.
• Support the marketing and design teams in developing campaign creatives, website assets, LinkedIn/social media content, event materials, infographics, and internal communication assets.
• Explore and create visual concepts, illustrations, graphics, and creative directions that strengthen the brand and its communication.
• Leverage AI-powered design and creative tools to explore concepts, generate visual directions, iterate faster, and improve the quality of design output.
• Take ownership of projects from understanding the brief and developing concepts to final design, revisions, and handoff.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and other teams to understand requirements and ensure designs align with brand and business objectives.
• Help maintain and evolve the brand’s visual language across different formats, platforms, and communication touch points.

What We’re Looking For

• 1 - 2 years of experience in graphic design. Internships, freelance work, and strong passion projects count too.
• Strong design fundamentals across layout, typography, composition, hierarchy, colour, and visual storytelling.
• A sharp, creative, and modern visual aesthetic with a strong attention to detail.
• Someone who can create structured, engaging, and visually compelling decks and presentations.
• A good understanding of branding and visual identity, with the ability to maintain consistency across different formats and platforms.
• A curious learner who enjoys experimenting with AI tools, emerging design workflows, and new creative technologies.
• Someone who can think like a marketer and understands how design can drive attention, engagement, communication, and business impact.
• Fast, adaptable, and comfortable working through feedback and multiple iterations.
• A proactive self-starter who can turn an ambiguous or imperfect brief into a clear design direction.
• Strong working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
