About the role
- 1?? Lead implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) across the plant.
- 2?? Ensure seamless integration between MES, ERP, PLM, and shopfloor machines (SMT, testing, rework, etc.).
- 3?? Maintain real-time production tracking, traceability, and data accuracy in MES.
- 4?? Ensure system uptime and quick resolution of MES-related issues to avoid production disruption.
- 5?? Manage user access control, data security, and system backups.
- 6?? Support barcode/RFID systems, shopfloor terminals, and machine connectivity (IoT/Industry 4.0).
- 7?? Develop and monitor dashboards for OEE, rejection, rework, WIP, and productivity.
- 8?? Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams for process digitalization.
- 9?? Lead MES validation, version upgrades, and change management activities.
- Drive smart factory initiatives like paperless manufacturing, real-time analytics, and automated reporting.
