About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Java Developer (currently based in Chennai) with 5+ years of experience to work closely with a Singapore-based company, supporting a high-impact financial & regulatory technology project in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure backend microservices using Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Collaborate directly with the Singapore team on application migration and deployment pipelines within containerized environments.
• Drive CI/CD best practices and maintain robust build/release pipelines.
• Work closely with cross-functional global teams to deliver high-performance FinTech solutions.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in Java backend engineering.
• Core Tech Stack: Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture.
• DevOps & Containers: Hands-on experience with Podman, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Domain Experience: Prior experience in FinTech, banking, or regulatory tech is a strong plus.
• Location: Open to candidates currently based in Chennai, India.
