About the Role

KotsonIT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Technical Recruiter – Semiconductor & VLSI to join our growing recruitment team in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate will have experience in technical recruitment and a strong interest in the Semiconductor/VLSI domain. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, identifying qualified candidates, managing candidate pipelines, and coordinating the recruitment process from sourcing through interview and selection.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze client requirements, technical JDs, and Semiconductor/VLSI skill requirements.
• Source qualified candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, internal databases, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screening calls.
• Recruit for Semiconductor/VLSI positions across ASIC, SoC, RTL, Design Verification, DFT, Physical Design, Analog, Memory, FPGA, Embedded, and related technologies.
• Use Boolean search, keyword searches, and advanced sourcing techniques to identify relevant candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
• Present suitable candidates to clients within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records in ATS, Excel, or Google Sheets.
• Track interview status, feedback, offers, joining dates, and candidate closures.
• Achieve defined daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing and submission targets.
• Work closely with Account Managers, Hiring Managers, and internal recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfillment of requirements.
• Stay updated on Semiconductor/VLSI technologies, market trends, and talent availability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
• Experience in Semiconductor/VLSI recruitment is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of technical terminology and ability to interpret technical job descriptions.
• Strong sourcing experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Knowledge of Boolean search and advanced keyword-based sourcing.
• Excellent candidate screening and evaluation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal, follow-up, and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented and deadline-driven environment.
• Basic to good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
