IT Systems Support Specialist (Contract)
What You'll Do
As an IT Systems Support Specialist at d-Matrix, you'll support our end users and keep our IT infrastructure running smoothly. You'll administer our Microsoft 365 tenant, support macOS and Windows laptops, manage wireless networks, and help ensure the security and reliability of our systems. This is a 1-year, onsite contract role (40 hours/week) supporting our APAC offices and users — onsite in Bengaluru, with remote/shared support for our Sydney, Australia and Belgrade teams.
- Manage new-hire onboarding for our India and Australia offices, including M365 account creation, laptop procurement, and deployment
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT and cybersecurity issues reported by team members, escalating as needed for timely resolution
- Keep office equipment running smoothly — printers, video conferencing systems (TVs, tablets, cameras), and related peripherals
- Support IT projects and initiatives, including software upgrades and system migrations
- Document IT processes, procedures, and configurations to keep documentation accurate and current
- Stay current on emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve our IT infrastructure
- What You'll Bring
- 2-3+ years of experience in an office IT environment, ideally at a technology company
- Experience administering Microsoft 365, including Entra, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams
- Strong troubleshooting skills across macOS, Windows, laptop hardware, and wireless networking
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization
- Highly organized, with the ability to self-prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred
- Experience with JAMF Pro, Intune, or similar MDM platforms
- Familiarity administering a managed wireless network (e.g., Unifi, Meraki)
- Experience using Jira and Confluence
