Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and organized IT Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for IT profiles, along with supporting other HR-related activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for IT positions.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Support Other HR-related Activities As Required.
• Ensure clear and timely communication with candidates.
• Manage multiple recruitment tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Mandatory Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and interview coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other recruitment tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Female candidates with relevant IT recruitment experience.
• Knowledge of the local language is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
