What You Will Work On

• Generate sector insights, originate research angles, and contribute to deal thesis
• Build financial models, industry decks, and information packages under guidance
• Join diligence calls, investor discussions, and live transaction workflows

Qualification and skills

• 2025 - 2026 graduates (degree in any discipline) who want to build a career in M&A / PE
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Curious, analytical thinkers who leverage AI tools to accelerate research
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic knowledge of finance *Preference will be given to candidates from Pune.
